Plant-Based Culinary Classes 

The Blue Zones are regions where people live much longer and healthier than average, and have a mostly plant-rich diet. Come join Chef Vineet on this delicious adventure where we will learn to craft delicious and nutritious recipes bursting with local and seasonal goodness. Get ready to dive into the world of legumes, nuts, seeds, vibrant greens, whole grains, and fresh fruits and veggies. And that's not all –you will learn some spice mastery from India and beyond to amp up the flavor! Get set to nourish your body and tantalize your taste buds like never before!

The plant-based culinary classes are conducted mostly year round. Each session comprises of five classes, once a week, each Thursday from 6-7.30pm.
