VISION:
Inspired by the Blue Zones, places in the world where people live longer and healthier than average, Vineet Kaur, Founder Project BLUE, has a vision to create more Blue Zone citizens by promoting the Blue Zones mostly plant-based diet and lifestyle.
MISSION:
To empower the world to eat more plant-rich meals, by teaching delicious plant-based recipes from India and around the world. In general, promote cooking as a life skill and a superpower for health and wellbeing across all age groups.
CULINARY CLASSES & WORKSHOPS:
(At the FCCG Art Academy in Glendora)
The plant-based culinary classes are conducted mostly year round. Each session comprises of five classes, once a week, each Thursday from 6-7.30pm.

June 13 to July 11 | July 18 to Aug 15
