Vineet manages to make healthy food delicious and practical. Her vast knowledge of spices, pairings and Blue Zones foods is inspiring and informative. Students are intrigued and enriched, and their taste palettes by her teaching and recipes.

Vineet is a delightful teacher as well as an accomplished chef. She knows the recipes but she teaches by helping you develop a cooking sense - should I add more flour or cinnamon; is the dough ready or does it need more liquid; what other ingredients could we add to balance the heat of the peppers; if you don’t have this spice what can we substitute? Her style is casual and flexible and she allows you to be as hands-on as you wish. The students will naturally feel comfortable working among themselves and everyone gets to share in the results of the class - delicious in so many aspects!
